WGVV 92.5 FM is a non-commercial community radio broadcast station, owned and operated by Quad Cities Community Broadcasting Group Inc., Rock Island, Ill.
Board of Directors

As a not-for-profit organization, Quad Cities Community Broadcasting Group endeavors to serve in the public's best interests. Whether we focus on issues such as health, education, social welfare, or cultural tolerance and awareness, the primary purpose of our board of directors, is to ensure that the organization has policies, plans, and strategies in place to facilitate the achievement of its goals.

Station Advisory Board (Community Advisory Board)
Station Advisory Board (Community Advisory Board) The purpose of the Community Advisory Board (CAB) shall be to assist WGVV in responding to community needs by providing effective public participation in the affairs of WGVV responsibilities. The CAB shall review the programming goals established, significant policy decisions rendered, and service provided by WGVV.

The CAB shall advise WGVV staff and Quad Cities Community Broadcasting Group's Board of Directors as to the effectiveness of WGVV's policies and programming in meeting the specialized educational and cultural needs of the community of which it serves. The CAB shall make such recommendations appropriate to meet such needs. The CAB shall consist of no more than ten members. The CAB shall adhere to the open meeting requirements by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
